Victorian Hand Shadow Puppet Witch
$66.00
Must be the season of the witch ✨🧙🏼♀️
Victorian’s loved shadowgraphy— entertaining folks through making shadow puppets by candlelight. Using gouache paint, I painted a pair of hands in the perfect position to cast a witch’s shadow. Flick the switch on the back, and the box illuminates from within, capturing the witch in silhouette.
I made this little light up witchy shadowbox with a wooden case, painted hands, and LED lights. The small felt pad on the bottom means you can stand the box upright on a bookshelf or table to add a little witchy decor to your space. (the photos show the box laying down because lay flat pics are easier: I would actually display this standing up.)
The LED lights will have a long life, but you can change the watch battery if it ever runs out!
